Terms and Conditions for Banga Sahitya Kutir (Effective Date: 1st October 2023)

Welcome to Banga Sahitya Kutir! Before using our services, please read and understand the following terms and conditions:

Cancellation of a particular order can be done within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the said timeframe exceeds, cancellation is not possible. Refunds will be done to the account from which the payment was made , within 7-10 working days. Full refunds (including the price of the product, shipping charges) will be refunded , excluding the convenience charge.

For any Return or Replacement request , the customer must provide the unpacking video. Hence we insist all the customers to record the unpacking video of each and every order received , and contact us with the same in case of any dispute. Without the said video no return or replacement claim will be accepted. And the final decision making authority in case of such claims , rests on the publication. The Publications decision in such cases will be the ultimate.

2. Ordering:

   • By placing an order, you agree to pay the specified price, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees.
   • Orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders if necessary.

   • We accept payments through Razorpay. Thus we can accept various payment methods like: UPI, cards of major banks etc. Your payment information is securely processed.

4. Shipping:

   • We will make every effort to ensure prompt delivery of your order. Shipping times and fees may vary based on your location.
   • We use Shiprocket to process our shipping.
   • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays or issues caused by incorrect addresses.

5. Returns and Refunds:

   • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 days of receipt to request a return or replacement.
   • We do not accept returns for reasons other than damaged or incorrect items.
